Happy April!!! I am so happy Spring is here and to celebrate..let's not only have a contest based on one sketch...but how about 28 sketches! WOW! This month's contest is based on the amazing sketches by Elsie Flannigan! She's not only a fantastic scrapper and designer but has a real flair for sketches! Almost too pretty to copy! Here is how this month's contest will works:Starting tomorrow, April 1st, Sugardumplin.com will be holding an sketch contest. This one however is a little bit different for a change. Instead of just one sketch to work off of..you have the choice of 28 sketches all designed by Elsie. You get to chose which of the 28 sketches appeal to you and get busy having fun making a layout that the sketch inspired! It can be exact or just a bit of it.

All entries must be posted by midnight EST on Sunday, April 22nd. Please post your layouts in the gallery section with the title of your layout having "April Elsie Sketch Contest - username (insert your username here). Also please be sure to put in the description which sketch number you based your layout on. And if you would like to post a link here in this thread to your layout in the gallery..that would be great as well!The design team will vote on their favorite layout and the winner will be announced on May 1st in the blog and also on this thread. This month's prize is perfectly suited to the style of these sketches and is a fun Fontwerks Star stamp set.
